This notice explains how information is handled on the Weekend Athletes online store at weekendathletes.com.au, including the Mint Agora collection. Both Weekend Athletes and Mint Agora are operated by Gary John Robinson, a sole trader.

Information used to run the store

When you browse, order or contact us, the store and its service providers process information needed for that interaction. This can include your name, email, delivery and billing details, phone number if supplied, basket contents, order and payment status, returns information and support correspondence. Website systems also receive technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed and cookie preferences. Payment details are handled through the payment provider selected at checkout; please do not send card details by email.

We use order and contact information to process purchases, arrange fulfilment and tracking, provide support, handle returns or disputes, prevent fraud and keep necessary business records. If you do not supply information required for an order, we may be unable to deliver it.

Service providers and overseas processing

Shopify hosts this store and its checkout. Information is also handled by the payment provider you choose, fulfilment suppliers, delivery services and service providers used to operate and support the store. Information needed to fulfil a Mint Agora order is passed to the relevant supplier and carrier. For Mint Agora products dispatched from China, this includes overseas fulfilment through CJdropshipping and its delivery partners.

These services can involve processing outside Australia. Shopify's store administration currently identifies the United States as the data hosting location; fulfilment information for China-dispatched products is processed in China. Providers may use other locations described in their own privacy notices.

Shopify services

Shopify processes information when you visit and buy from this store. Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled: Shopify can combine information about interactions here with interactions with other merchants and Shopify to support security, service improvements, personalisation and advertising, subject to applicable choices. Learn more in the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy. You can use the Shopify privacy portal to manage requests and advertising choices relating to Shopify's processing.

Cookies, consent and Meta advertising

Necessary cookies support functions such as the basket, checkout, security and remembering privacy choices. Before the planned Meta Pixel connection is activated, the store will offer consent controls to accept, decline or manage optional analytics, personalisation and advertising uses. The Meta connection is currently disabled while that setup is completed. Optional advertising consent is not a condition of buying a product.

When enabled and permitted by your cookie choices, the Conservative Meta Pixel connection shares browser activity with Meta to measure and improve Mint Agora advertising. This can include pages and products viewed, basket and checkout actions, purchase value, device information and online identifiers. Because the connection is part of this shared storefront, permitted browsing activity can include non-Mint products. Conservative sharing is the authorised level; this notice does not authorise Enhanced or Maximum sharing or customer-list uploads.

Meta may associate permitted activity with information it holds about you. You can also manage advertising and off-Meta activity choices in your Meta account. Turning on advertising tracking does not sign you up for marketing emails or messages. A purchase alone is not permission for Mint Agora promotional email or SMS. Any future direct marketing must use the relevant permission and provide a way to unsubscribe.

Keeping information and your choices

We keep information for the purposes for which it is needed, including fulfilment, support, accounting, fraud prevention, legal obligations and dispute handling. Retention depends on the record and applicable requirements; a deletion request may not remove records we must retain. We use the access and security controls provided by our systems, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

For privacy questions, a request to access or correct information, a deletion request, withdrawal of marketing permission or a complaint, email robinsongary09@hotmail.com, the store's public contact address. Identify the relevant store or order without sending payment credentials. We may need proportionate identity verification before releasing or changing personal information. We will explain any limitation on a request. Depending on the law applying to your circumstances, you may also raise a complaint with the relevant privacy regulator.
