Delivery within Australia

For the Mint Agora sink caddy and eight-piece packing organiser set, standard tracked Australian delivery is included in the displayed price. These products are sent directly by our supplier from China, not from Australian warehouse stock. Items may arrive in separate parcels.

Please allow an estimated 10–20 business days from ordering. This is a planning estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date; processing, customs, peak periods and remote delivery can take longer. Tracking is provided after dispatch. If you need an item by a fixed date, please contact us before ordering.

Problems, returns and refunds

Contact us if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, materially different from its description, or has not arrived. Include your order number and a description of the problem; photos can help where available. We will arrange the remedy required under Australian Consumer Law. These rights are not limited by the supplier's return window or by a requirement to retain original packaging.

Contact us before posting a return so we can confirm the correct return address and arrangements. Do not send a parcel to the supplier or an address on its packaging without instructions. Change-of-mind returns are not offered for this initial Mint Agora range; this does not affect your statutory rights.
